1. Scope of Use
ValueChainCFO software, checklists, and video briefings are provided to registered members for corporate finance management, educational analysis, and strategic scenario modeling.
2. Member Content Submissions
By submitting materials through the Community Sharing Window, contributors warrant that they hold the legal authority to publish the content and that the submission contains no non-public customer or proprietary employer trade secrets. Contributors grant ValueChainCFO an irrevocable license to host and distribute approved submissions with attribution.
3. Subscription & Tool Licenses
Purchased spreadsheet models and diagnostic packs are licensed on a non-exclusive basis for internal commercial use within your corporate organization. Resale or unapproved redistribution is prohibited.
